In June 2007, the University of Tennessee held their first ever mini twirling camp in Knoxville, TN.  They held their camp in conjunction with the Twirltacular Grand Championships contest and what a turnout of campers!  All proceeds were used for the upcoming football season twirling expenses.  They made over $2,000 for their football twirling expenses, an accomplishment itself.  The UT Knoxville Majorettes are under the direction of Judy Cox and are one of the most prestigious twirling lines in the country and they look forward to offering this camp each year.  The 2008 camp is scheduled for May 31st in Knoxville.  Please visit the UT band website for more information on the camp.
