TU Judges’ Seminars Scheduled for the Upcoming Season

There are two TU judges’ seminars scheduled for the upcoming season. Attendance at a seminar is one of the requirements for obtaining a TU judge’s license. However, these seminars are open to any judges, teachers, parents, or twirlers over 18 who would like the information.
Both seminars will be presented by Candy Kimball, well-known teacher and judge. The following topics will be covered: Evaluating Solo Routines, Making Effective Comments; Evaluating Strut Performances, How to Make Your Scores Work for You, What’s Important in Group Performances, and more!
The seminars are held from 9:00- 3:30 and the cost (if you pre-pay) is $40. The fee includes all seminar lectures and materials; lunch is on your own. For those who pay at the door, the charge is $50.

Akron, Ohio: Sunday, October 5, 2008
Seminole, Florida: Saturday, February 7, 2009
